At 99 Bandz Clothing Company, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and limited edition releases, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 1999bandz@gmail.comwith your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll offer either a replacement or store credit.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, so please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
