At 99 Bandz Clothing Company, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume drops or new releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Delivery times vary by destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Preorders & Custom Items

If your order includes preorder or custom pieces, please allow additional time for production before shipping. Estimated delivery dates will be provided in the product description.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, 99 Bandz Clothing Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local postal service for assistance if this occurs.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address was entered, contact us immediately at 1999bandz@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
